Depending on the sale or delivery, we reserve the right to require deposit and/or full payment prior to the pick-up or delivery of the animal. Appointments for pick-up can be made by calling us at 816-885-0150 or emailing us at sales@starkchinchillas.com. During the fall and winter months we often travel to various chinchilla shows. Delivery to shows is an option. To see which shows we plan on attending, please visit the Show Info page. If an animal is held for purchase prior to a show, the animal needs to be paid in full before traveling to the show. Arrangements for payment/delivery need to be planned before any chinchilla is considered SOLD. Occasionally, traveling to meet the buyer or delivery is an option we will consider, depending on time and circumstance. A traveling fee will be charged in addition to the price of the animal. We do not ship at this time.
